Sending us your files

At Wow Print Media we strive to make your ordering process as easy as possible. Once you have selected your required product(s), simply email to us your artwork and we can advise if it is “print ready”.

*All files are in PDF format

*All business card files are printed in 4 colour process. Make sure that all colours are created in CMYK, we cannot use RGB or Pantone Colours. Colours are your responsibility.

*Convert the fonts you use to curves (outlines).

*Include 2mm bleed on all 4 sides of the artwork.

*Text must be at least 3mm from edge.

Please check your artwork closely as we do not accept any responsibility for incorrectly printed artwork.

All fonts used in final designs must be converted to outline before submission.

If you don’t have artwork, that’s ok, Wow Print Media can assist you in creating or re-working your artwork for the printing process. All you need to do is advise us of what you would like printed on your product(s) and we will work together with you to achieve the best possible results.

Artwork fees are generally included in the Set up fees. In the event of an extremely detailed artwork, or those requiring multiple changes, an artwork fee will be billed at $65.00 + GST per hour. Wow Print Media will notify you of any additional Artwork fees prior to starting your order.

One unique design based on information and instructions provided by the customer. A maximum of three copy changes. Additional changes and designs will incur artwork charges. Design service may take up to 7-10 working days depending on complexity or workload. All free artwork / electronic files remain the property of Wow Print Media. Artwork setup for free may be purchased for $250.00 + GST upon completion. This includes the supply of your logo / artwork on CD as Illustrator .ai .eps PDF file and high resolution JPG files.

Artwork for promotional products should be supplied in Adobe Illustrator format, file extension .ai or .eps or PDF format. All fonts should be converted to outline.

Jpegs (.jpg), Pdfs (.pdf), Bitmaps (.bmp), Tiffs (.tif), Giffs (.gif)
These files types will be accepted for one colour prints provided they are at the same size or larger than your desired print size. They need to be at 300dpi resolution or higher.
